​Metamorphosis is a free community-based initiative designed to enhance and educate young people on issues surrounding self-esteem and citizenship through interactive discussion topic. This is achieved through an in-person and virtual curriculum series, workshops, outreach activities and community engagement events that provide a solid, hands-on, holistic foundation that equips young adults with the skills needed to transition into adulthood as a positive contributing member of society.
